Autorenporträt
Dr Bellita Banda-Chitsamatanga was born in Zimbabwe and is a Post Doctoral Fellow at the University Of Fort hare under the auspices of Oliver Tambo Chair of Human Rights Centre. She enjoys teaching research; educational leadership and management. She has published articles on leadership, gender equality and human rights issues in universities.
