The Eighth sections consist of Sexual harassment, its theories, Sexual Harassment as a Global Phenomenon, factors affecting the perception of sexual harassment, and historical background. Lastly, the ninth section discusses Young adults: concept, meaning and definition, its theories, and a brief peculiarity of Young adults and the Adolescence stage. 1.2 INTRODUCTION Women and violence have been seen as one of the closest compounds which are most visible as social problems around the world. As a universal concept, it takes different forms in different socio-cultural, socio-economic and socio-religious contexts.
