The Author, Theophilus Miebi Gbigbi (PhD) is an indigene of Bomadi Town in Delta State and Aleibiri Town in Bayelsa State of Nigeria. He is a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Agricultural Economics, Delta State University Abraka. He obtained his Doctor of Philosophy in Agricultural Economics from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka.
