As my dear wife pointed out, this endeavor would be an excellent exercise to stimulate my memory. Several years ago, I was blindsided by an ocular stroke, which not only affected my vision but meddled with my memory as well. I saw the wisdom in my wife's advice. In these pages, I have written down the events that comprised the decade of decadence and spiritual awakening (1970 to 1980). Keep in mind that this is not a fictional account. The truth is my anchor in my sea of stories. I have altered names to protect the innocent (and not so innocent), but the facts remain intact.
