She has taught for twenty years and is a Graduate Senior Assistant Mistress at Canje SecondarySchool in Guyana. Ashwannie has published eleven scholarly articles in international refereed journals, and she has a book on West Indian Literature forth-coming from the UK. Ashmini Prasad has been an English teacher for the past seven years. She is currently an Assistant Mistress at Tagore Memorial Secondary School in Guyana and is reading for her Bachelor's degree in Education (English) at the University of Guyana Berbice Campus. Simultaneously, Ashmini is studying Accounting and Finance ACCA at UNICAF University, Zambia. Clinton Warde is an English teacher at the Mahaicony Secondary School.
