Dorothy Griffiths C.M., O.Ont, Ph.D., is a Professor in the Child and Youth Studies Department and the Centre for Applied Disabilities Study and Co-Director of the International Dual Diagnosis Certificate Programme at Brock University in St. Catharines, Ontario.
