I began a career working with children as a substitute teacher in Germany in 1992 and continued to work for the schools in various school districts when we returned to the United States. I loved it so much. Being an encourager/mentor, working with children and seeing them learn became my passion. I want to thank Barbara Davis, a teacher, for her continuous persuasiveness to get me to come aboard to work in the schools. I love children, and I loved my job working with them.
