Autorenporträt
A former Cave Canem poetry fellow, JoAnne McFarland is the author of eighteen collections of poetry and libretti, including Pullman and A Domestic Lookbook (Grid Books 2023, 2024). McFarland is also an artist and curator and the Artistic Director of Artpoetica Project Space in Gowanus, Brooklyn, which exhibits experimental and hybrid works that focus on the intersection of language and visual representation. She has artwork in the permanent collections of the Cooper Hewitt Smiths
