As a successful evangelical pastor, Bill Prickett tried for years to change his sexual orientation. When he realized the futility of such efforts, he left the ministry rather than live a lie. He's spent the past three decades speaking out about the deceptive practices now commonly known as conversion therapy. In his fourth novel, Prickett again draws from his extensive theological training, personal experience, and ministerial service in the deep South to craft a compelling story.
