After graduating from Sussex University with a degree in English literature, Alex took an unorthodox step to train as an RGN. Both challenging and rewarding, this opened to her vistas of living experiences encompassing the vast panoramas on life's tangled spectrum. Her love of nature and walking has remained her touchstone for refuge and delight. She now lives with her family and dogs along the Sussex coast.
