Potential influence of grassroots leaders, who occupy a position and status which confer on them the right to take decision, exercise authority, initiate action, direct and control the activities related to local economic development in the midst of Globalization needs to be fine tuned to stench the future impact of any transformation occurring in dynamic development phenomena. The idea on leadership potential prevailing in the grassroots democratic governance is of extreme importance.
