Autorenporträt
Carolyn Lewis is a native Virginian and is most grateful for the experiences and friendships gained from living both in the Tidewater and Piedmont regions of the state. She currently resides in central Virginia, along with husband, Jim and mixed Lab, Lily. She cherishes her years spent in the elementary setting teaching both second and third grades. She has also served as a Title 1 Reading teacher and reading testing coach. These assignments allowed her to not only interact with students in Kindergarten through Fourth grade, but also focus on the many exciting elements of reading instruction. Most recently, she retired from her full-time teaching position, but she includes time in this new schedule of retirement to tutor students at school and teach Sunday School.
