Coach Justin Dee has coached volleyball at every level from Middle School through to the NCAA Division 1 over the last four decades. He has won numerous Coach of the Year awards across Club, High School, and College. His coaching legacy spreads from Florida through to California but spent most of his coaching career in Arkansas, Mississippi, and Alabama. He spent his time building champions through the USA Volleyball's High-Performance program in the Delta Region where he served as Director and Lead Coach. He is the founder of The Volley Academy and has developed online courses on how to be a great teammate and college volleyball recruiting. He has developed a podcast "TVA Devotions" that allows players who are on the road during club volleyball tournaments and not able to attend their home church to still be encouraged through the Word of God. His life Verse is Philippians 1:27 which states: "Whatever happens, conduct yourself in a manner worthy of the Gospel of Christ." His purpose in life is to add value to others. He is living his purpose out on the platform of coaching and now his first book which you have in your hand today.
