W. Ward Gasque served as the first E. Marshall Sheppard Professor of Biblical Studies at Regent College in Vancouver, provost of Eastern College in Philadelphia, and Academic Dean of Tyndale Seminary in Toronto. He is currently President of Pacific Association for Biblical Studies in Seattle. He is the NT editor of the New International Biblical Commentary (Hendrickson). Carl E. Armerding is the former president and professor of Old Testament at Regent College, Vancouver, BC, Canada. He is currently academic mentor in Old Testament studies to students associated with the Oxford Centre for Mission Studies in Oxford, England and Academic Director of Schloss Mittersill Study Centre in Austria. He is the author of The Old Testament and Criticism (Eerdmans).
