The Gueri Notebook Companion is a journal that complements author Klint Guerry's A Guide to Self-Disruption. It is both a thoughtfully crafted journal and an intentional process to carry you through life. Created to accompany its owner through their journeys, the Companion is developed to be a legacy that outlives each of us. The five steps that Guerry outlines, thoughtfully adhered to, forms a meaningful, stable bond with us that strengthens us to be the best version of ourselves. The Gueri Notebook Companion is a vehicle for preserving your writing, a reminder of the physical commitment to the process we value so much. When you are rigorous about the five steps, you become more closely tied to your experiences. The more complete the discipline, the more impactful the outcome. Life is dear. It is to be nurtured. All of us have priceless value, and we are meant to grow--and give--all that we have to offer. We are in this world together, and we need each other. The author's desire is that this little notebook and the process within it will reach the person who needs it most. Perhaps that person is you.

Autorenporträt
Klint Guerry is a businessman in Texas and serves on myriad boards and committees both professionally and philanthropically. He and his beautiful wife, Natalie, have three lovely kiddos. It's pretty much an All-American success story rooted in faith, family, hard work, and the guidance and support of a handful of key people along the way that cared enough to help him launch. But that hasn't always been the case for Klint. At the age of 25, Klint made a conscious decision to disrupt a pattern of destructive behavior that was underway by his parents long before his birth . . . an unfortunate family tradition. In doing so, Klint created tools to assist him in his effort. More than two decades later, and with growth and success far beyond his wildest expectations, Klint is still disrupting his life in a quest for continuous improvement and personal development. More importantly, he has made the tools he holds so dear available to assist others in their journey to do the same.
