Milward Tobias es director del Centro de Investigación y Consultoría, un grupo de reflexión centrado en la política económica. Trabajó en el sector privado, en organizaciones no gubernamentales y en el gobierno antes de fundar el Think Tank. Recibió formación en la Universidad de Malawi y en la Universidad Moi de Kenia.
