Kaylee Miller was inspired to write A Guiding Light in the Forest after being diagnosed with breast cancer and struggling to find a children's book that could help her talk to her son about illness. Kaylee makes her home in Pennsylvania with her husband, son, two Great Danes, and Bengal cat. Her passions include photography, antiques, and going on adventures with her son.
