Hamilton Williams lives in Tucson, Arizona, and is married with six children and nine grandchildren. He has lived in many places but did most of his early years in CT. He was in the Coast Guard and worked as a commercial radio-like jockey. He retired from working as a pro golf caddie. He got the idea for the Sly the Fly books when he was a kid, sitting in his parents' car and a fly flew in the window. He wondered how the fly was going to find his way home.
