Rogers and Frankline are a married couple in the Roman Catholic since June 1999. God has blessed them with three children. Both of them are graduates. Rogers has a BA/ Social Sciences and Frankline a BA in Social Work and Social Administration. Rogers has an MA in Public Administration while Frankline holds an MA in Social Sector Planning.
