Dr. Bharat Raj Singh, born in 1947 in Raibigo, Sultanpur, UP. He is Director General, School of Management Sciences, Lucknow & did B.Sc. from Alld. University in 1967. He holds a BE (Mech) from SVNIT, Surat (1972), ME from MNNIT, Allahabad (1988), PhD from UPTU, Lucknow (2011) and recipient of 3-times Limca awards, authored 29 books,153 papers.
