He was born in Baltimore, Maryland, graduated from Morgan State University, Attended Howard University and got an MBA from Pace University in New York City. He worked in Corporate America for almost 30 years. And became a catering Entrepreneur in 1992. His culinary expertise came from a variety of experiences. He is well traveled and he experienced food from Paris, Germany, Egypt, Morocco, Puerto Rico, Brazil and Italy... Not to mention Boston, St. Louis, Chicago, Texas and New Orleans. People say he can cook his butt off, but he doesn't eat everything that he cooks. Why? Because he eats, thinks and does healthy.
