Autorenporträt
Carl Ludwig von Bar [1836-1913] was a German jurist known as an authority on international law and international arbitration. He was a member of the Hague tribunal. His important works include International Civil and Criminal Law (1862) and The Theory and Practice of Private International Law (1892).
