Joyce A. Leonard 72 of Mechanic Falls, ME has written all her life but never considered publishing until God spoke to her one day. She is the mother of four children and ten grandchildren. She has been married and divorced twice. All throughout her life she has loved being active and had many hobbies such as knitting, crocheting, collecting post cards, knickknacks, sewing, swimming, mountain hiking, gardening and walking. She added quilting and embroidery in her later years. She has written poetry all her life. She has held many job titles, such as a Nurse's Aide, factory worker for making shoes, personal care attendant, school bus driver, First Responder, EMT and public bus transportation driver for handicap citizens. She was the first school bus driver to receive an accolade for her support of education. She was lead speaker in the legislature for bus drivers to receive benefits. She has a love of animals, especially cats. She has owned many dogs as well. Her little shih tzu-pom was her ongoing companion for fifteen years. Her most important job title is Prayer Warrior at the Auburn, ME Seventh-day Adventist Church she attends, and she carries this privilege daily in her devotions every morning. She is currently working on another book to be finished by the grace of God the latter end of 2021.
