Francesco Giuliani graduated at Bocconi University and obtained his MS degree at Kellogg Graduate School of Management; in 2014 he was awarded a doctoral degree from University of Bologna. He has been working for a major European investment bank for 12 years and his interests relate to optimal capital structure of the baking sector.
