This book chronicles the journey of an art educator and artist who seeks to find transformation and healing through the art-making process. Through the study of guided imagery, the art-making process, and daily reflective journal entries, she is able to find some relief from her chronic pain and fatigue as well as to find lifelong art practices to benefit mind and body. The research is designed as a self-study in art therapy with the hope that the findings may inspire other artists to seek health and transformation through art.
