Child sexual abuse is a crime that is typified in the Argentine Criminal Code. The victim of this crime is a minor whose privacy is violated through manipulation, seduction or violence, thus affecting his or her sexual integrity and causing physical and/or psychological consequences throughout his or her life. This final graduation dissertation proposes to analyse the judicial approach to child sexual abuse, investigating doctrinal discussions, laws and jurisprudence, analysing the criteria of the judges, for a better understanding of the chosen subject matter. The objective is to analyse and evaluate the judicial and procedural approach to child sexual abuse in order to determine its possible shortcomings and successes. The methodology to be used in this final thesis is exploratory and descriptive. To this end, it is necessary to compile and analyse bibliographical data in order to broaden knowledge of the subject matter addressed.
