Emily Gage Alvis (she/her) is a Memmie (a step-mom), a Mama, a lover of nature, yoga, and making arts, crafts, food, and conversation. She works as a therapist at Brooke's Place for Grieving Young People, a nonprofit organization in Indianapolis, Indiana, which provides programming for children and families living with bereavement. She lives with her husband and their 5 kids.
