Downey, DSL, earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Supervision and Management, Bachelor of Business Administration in Organizational Management, and Master of Art in Healthcare Administration. She is a graduate of the Doctorate Strategic Leadership program at Regent University with a concentration in Healthcare Leadership.
