Autor

Deena R. Zimmerman, MD, MPh, IBCLC is a pediatrician for Maccabi Health Services and TEREM-Immediate Medical Care in Israel, as well as a medical advisor to the Jerusalem Breastfeeding Center. She has written a number of articles relating to women's health issues and Jewish law and has lectured extensively on medicine, women's health and Jewish law, and Jewish medical ethics. Rabbi Yehuda Henkin is a modern Jewish orthodox legal scholar and the author of, among other works, Equality Lost: Essays in Torah Commentary, Halacha, and Jewish Thought; Is Shaking Hands a Torah Violation?; and Responsa on Contemporary Women's Issues.
