This book is the result of the keynote lecture given at the International Virtual Seminar "Design and Development of Educational Services: International Educational Systems" organized by the Master in Senior Management of Educational Services (MADSE) of the University of San Buenaventura, Colombia, 2021. The Cuban Educational System and institutional evaluation, a topic of current relevance and unquestionable significance, are discussed here. The aspiration was directed to mobilize curiosity and concerns that open the way to scientific research in order to provide better educational services. Some antecedents of Cuban education, the foundations that sustain it, the stages that characterize it, the educational levels, the evaluation and accreditation process together with the structure of the research are shown.
