Every day, it is necessary, in the academic environment and in educational institutions, to verify, analyse, research, collect information, raise reflections, on educational processes, in order to modify what has an unfruitful or unproductive bias, what has become outdated and does not produce efficiency in the face of the demands and developments of the modern world. In these circumstances, this book brings a proposal, a look at this educational dynamic, especially with regard to young people and adults who, for many reasons, have not been able to follow the natural educational process. The idea of this research on research-reflection of the work of teachers in the educational modality of young people and adults, allows the development of new technologies, based on pedagogical innovations, providing success and opening space for new discussions about education.
