The contribution of this proposed work is to reduce the cost of Peer-to-Peer mobile wireless networks. According to the existing theory it is possible to minimize the consumption of bandwidth and energy of mobile wireless devices and to increase the throughput of the network. This proposed platform presents a different viewpoint from which to improve the performance of Peer-to-Peer networks.To analyze the performance of the algorithms we performed some simulations using the NS-2 and MATLAB. The proposed platform is robust, fault tolerance and flexible.
