Autorenporträt
Prof. Arvind H. Patel did his master of science (microbiology) in 1976 from Gujarat University. He worked as a research student at M.S. University of Baroda. Then, he started a school where he imparted instruction on medical laboratory technology. He emigrated to the USA in 1991 and studied clinical laboratory science, securing GPA of 4.0. He also worked as a bench technologist at University hospital in Newark, New Jersey, for more than 20 years. Patel has been teaching microbiology to nursing students since 1996 at various community colleges. He offers tutoring service (in-person and online) for medical laboratory technology students, especially for licensing exams (e.g., ASCP).
