Robin A. Buhrke is Coordinator of Lesbian, Gay, and Bisexual Services and a staff psychologist at Duke University's Counseling and Psychological Services. She has been an activist for lesbian, gay, and bisexual equality for more than fifteen years. She was named Honorary Citizen for her work as liaison between the Miami Beach Police Department and the lesbian, gay, and bisexual community.
