Dr. Ioannis K. Karabagias (Ptychion der Chemie, MSc. in Lebensmittelwissenschaft und -technologie, Ph.D. in Lebensmittelchemie) ist Post-Doc-Forscher an der Universität Ioannina, Fachbereich Chemie, Labor für Lebensmittelchemie. Er hat 47 Artikel in internationalen, von Experten begutachteten Fachzeitschriften (Web of Science) und ein Buchkapitel veröffentlicht.
