Asha Olivia is from Atlanta, GA and is an Author, Speaker and the Founder of the non-profit, A Message to God, for God Inc. She received her Bachelor of Journalism degree from the University of Missouri - Columbia, and is committed to creating opportunities and spaces for individuals to experience more intimate encounters with God through writing. Asha truly believes that writing helps us rip off our masks and reveal all the parts of us, both the good and the bad. It challenges us to push beyond the surface, and to explore what's inside and often hidden. It is in these moments that we can learn to stop pretending to be something or someone we are not, and can embrace who we truly are. It is in these moments also, that God's voice can be heard and our most prized revelation can be made known - our identity in Christ. This is Asha's first book, and her greatest desire is that every child that reads this book will learn the value and freedom in sharing and releasing their stories and experiences with God and with others, and will come to realize just how important they are to God also.
