Dr Jowati Juhary received her first and second degrees in Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, Bangi Malaysia. She then completed her PhD programme at the Monash Asia Institute, Monash University Australia. Dr Juhary is a Senior Lecturer at the National Defence University of Malaysia.
