The languages spoken in the Indian sub-continent have been explored with specific purpose and orientation yet one admits the fact that languages spoken in the belt of Jammu and Kashmir state have been touched to a little margin. The present research work is an attempt to analyse the morphology of Siraji spoken in the Doda District of Jammu and Kashmir. The first chapter "introduction" deals with the history and geography of the district.The second chapter "derivational morphology" deals with the derivation of nouns, adjectives and verbs. In the third chapter "compound words and compound formation in Siraji has been given space.The fourth chapter "Inflectional morphology" comprises of inflection of nouns, pronouns, adjectives and verbs. In nouns, case, number and gender has been taken into consideration. In pronouns also case, gender and number has been discussed. Similarly adjectives have been shown as being masculine, feminine, and their degree has also been shown. In verbs, tense and mood has been touched The last fifth chapter is the "conclusion" which summarizes the overall research work.
