The ninth of ten children, Artis Brown Miller has lived a long and fruitful life, rich with love, hardship and endurance. She married and gave birth to eight children whom she raised in the great central valley of California. Though she had to put her own interests aside throughout much of her life, she has always had the soul of an artist. She is much loved - not only by her family but by all those she has touched along the way. She continues to live in the home where she raised her family.
