Adapting the 7Loci meta-model which has 7 quality dimensions namely: identity, content,services, management, usability, location, and feasibility, the model forms a basis in which a framework that adds an innovation dimension after a detailed literature analysis is formulated and used to evaluate the quality of university websites. The framework is used in a case study to effectively evaluate 3 Kenyan university websites and can be applied across other universities in order to improve the quality of their websites.
