Crystal Ann Yap is an aspiring author who was born in Singapore and lived there for most of her life (though she will eagerly tell anyone who would listen that she also spent two years living in Sydney, Australia as a child). She currently lives with her husband and daughter in Hamburg, Germany. Similar to certain species of orchids, Crystal thrives best in environments with temperatures between 10° to 26° C and relative humidity levels between 40-80%.
