The book also provides various scenarios for America in the next 10 to 30 years, some truly horrific, including the probability of a second Civil War. Dr. Masters is a retired physician living in northern Arizona. He is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys hiking and exploring the woods along the Mogollon Rim.
