You have to believe in it. Imagine a new story for your life and believe in it. It was with this in mind, thinking about the new, about change and especially about SENAI-BY's information needs, that I sought to plan and develop all my work, which began when I was still a trainee. From then on, I started working on research to get to know and understand the whole history of the institution. Then I did all the necessary planning, and of course I always tried to be very attentive and delicate when dealing with the issue with the administration, since we were specifically dealing with a strong cultural change. The first action went well, the support came, the partnership, and then I began to develop my long-awaited document management project. I innovated the variadex method, a method created by Ramington Rand (USA), which created this method in five colours, and I innovated it with 79 colours, which won me the 'Best Internship Practices 2010' award, and I published an article in Documentácion magazine in Spain. I ended up creating four more projects that won me third place in the Ozires Silva Award for Sustainable Entrepreneurship in Curitiba, Paraná.
