The main motive of this book is to find an authentic approach for discovering an image quality index and applied this approach for finding the quality of segmented image (Mainly focused of MRI image). For finding the image quality index, I mainly focused on phase, magnitude and frequency of an image where the amalgamation of phase is modern. In order to detect the image quality, mainly used five tools (MFSIM, FSIM, SSIM, UIQI, PSNR), three databases (MICT, WIQ, IVE) and four metrics (SROCC, KROCC, PLCC, RMSE). For the segmentation of image, here used three popular segmentation algorithm (K-Mean Clustering, Watershed algorithm, Region Growing Segmentation) and the segmented output is used as input of image quality measurement index and finding the deviation of the segmented image. The main target of this work is to finding an advance image quality index and display it's credibility using an appropriate application which is done perfectly.
