As a rebel, I question societal norms that disadvantage the feminine. I used to hide who I felt I was in order to play an acceptable, successful role in society but I was not happy in my scientific, therapeutic career bound by rules, evidence and logic.Finding and embracing what made me happy revealed a whole new identity and life and a desire to write about what's possible when you are finally ready to let go of the old order of things.
