The purpose of this study is not to exhaust the subject or to give preference to people's sexual choices, but to deal with the due recognition of the new societies that are being born and to fulfil the dream not only of children and adolescents abandoned in foster homes of growing up in the warmth of a home, but also the dream of many couples of this new era who have the possibility of giving them a different destiny, under the light of the law. As we read on, we have to keep in mind the answer to the best fate for a child who has been removed from the biological bond. To be adopted off the streets? Tobe adopted by foster carers or to be adopted by a homosexual couple and have the chance to build their own story?
