In recent years the use of renewable energy including wind energy has risen dramatically. Because of the increasing development of wind power production, improvement of the control of wind turbines using classical or intelligent methods is necessary. Reza Sedaghati, received his M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering, in 2009. He is currently teaching at Electrical Engineering Department, Beyza Branch, Fars, Iran. His research activities are focused on the renewable energies, energy storage systems, FACTS device and power systems.
