To improve the performance and become market leader Sainsbury's must use good management practice to influence more positive business performance. The proposed study has been conducted to find out the existing management style and employees preferred management style in J. Sainsbury's Wrexham store and to give suggestion for better performances of the store. The primary research highlighted some specific areas that must be compared if the Sainsbury's Wrexham store is to compete effectively in the Global market.
