However he got back to his childhood, Chase relishes each fresh moment he gets to spend with his mother while wrestling with choices that could affect the future. The decisions aren't easy ones, and eventually, Chase will have to return to his present time. Chuck Walsh developed a passion for writing when he decided to put down in words what he felt for his mother after she was diagnosed with cancer. And so, A Passage Back was born.
