Born on April 2, 1961 in Haiti . After my technical and theological studies, In 1991, I worked as Rector in 4 parishes.In 1993, I married Jardine and our daughter Kedia was born. After my Doctorate in Ministry at the University of South USA, I work as Chaplain and Professor at the Episcopal University , director for the Partnership Program.
